How Can I Confirm My Arc App Backer · Lifetime Purchase?

I purchased the Arc App· Lifetime today, but I can’t find any confirmation of my purchase in the app. Where can I check to make sure my purchase has been applied to my account?

Also, I had previously started a trial, which is set to expire on March 11. After purchasing the Lifetime plan, my subscription still shows the same expiration date. Is this expected, or should it update to reflect the Lifetime status?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @rose! Apologies for the very late reply. I’ve been on holiday for a couple of weeks. Just back in the office now.

Your subscription/purchase status is visible from the “Subscription Settings” view in the app’s Settings tab (bottom right button).

For the free trial, unfortunately you have to manually cancel that in the App Store. Apps aren’t allowed to do that themselves. So when you purchase Lifetime you end up with two, and have to cancel the subscription/trial manually. Not ideal, but that’s the tools Apple have given us to work with unfortunately.
