I have this problem with double subscriptions. How do I solve it?

That means the app (or the App Store infrastructure at least) thinks you still have a yearly subscription that hasn’t been cancelled yet.
If it is still active, you can cancel it from your phone’s Settings → iCloud account (the top row) → Subscriptions, then find it in there. Or possibly you can tap the “FIX” button visible in your screenshot - I think that’s meant to take you to the Subscriptions view.
If you have already cancelled the yearly subscription, it’s probably just a caching problem, and the App Store layer will soon realise it’s cached out of date information and update it, then it’ll realise it’s no longer active and the warning will go away.
