Arc not able to restore subscription after last update

Hi, Arc failed to detect my subscription after last update. When I opened the app today it shows the “Choose your plan to access Arc App’s features” page but I’m still in the subscription period. I tried to click the restore purchases button and reinstall the app but none of that work.

I just found out that it is because of the internet problem so that I could not connect to Apple’s services, I’ve fixed it now.

Glad you found the cause @bmusgi! I was going to say the same: that it was likely an internet connection thing.
