I have been a monthly supporter for the Arc app for years. Despite that, I have a banner at the top urging me to “support the project.” I recently upgraded my iPhone but that hasn’t been an issue with other apps. And the latest Arc payment posted thru Apple on 5 November. Can the begging prompt be turned off?
Hi @Pomacken! Please go into the Settings tab, tap “Project Backer Options”, then tap “Restore”. That will restore your subscription details into the app, so that Arc knows not to bother you about it anymore.
Apps can’t do that purchase/subscription restore process automatically, because it requires user interaction for App Store login/authentication, so it has to be a manual button in the UI.
