Hi the weekly monthly and annual summaries aren’t working anymore - any ideas what might be wrong?

Ok, so first thing I’d recommend then is installing the new Arc Editor app (Arc Editor public beta 15) and migrating to that.

Though if you’re wanting to stay on the old app for now, my next question would be: do you mean in Timeline tab? Or Activity tab?

Thank you - Arc Editor looks good.

I seem to have lost my 2025 and previous years data - but I do have a photograph of these years summary so not an issue.

But I seem to have lost my 2026 (Jan 1 to March 3) data which included some memorable trips to Scotland and Ireland - any ideas on how I can recover this data?

Also, I assume that as I have migrated to Arc Editor I should delete the Arc Timeline app - is this correct?

I think check in the Settings view (top left button) and see if there’s a “Migrate from Arc Timeline” button. It’s possible that the migration didn’t complete. If you tap that you can resume the process and hopefully finish it on second attempt.

I’d say wait until you’re happy with Arc Editor first! There’s no harm in having both apps running at the same time. Give it a week or two, or until you’re happy with everything in Arc Editor and think you don’t care about using old Arc Timeline at all anymore. That feels like the right point to delete the old app, to my mind.
