I have Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion turned on and it would be super helpful if Arc tempered its UI swoops and swishes according to this flag (assuming apps even know about this, I suppose.) Currently it’s quite a queasy experience if I have to edit a day with a double-swish from “N unconfirmed items”, some more swishes whilst I change those, then a set of swishes back to the map which then zooms in or out. Flat transitions would definitely be better for people with any kind of motion sensitivity (and mine is very mild compared to some people.)

Thanks for the heads up! I had been assuming that iOS did this automatically - changing all animations to zero duration, but I guess I assumed wrong 
Hopefully I can access the setting value and do the animation duration change manually myself.
