The last days it shows me no photos on the arc timeline overview. Do you have an idea why?

One reason could be that Arc isn’t getting permission from iOS to read the Photos library. Can check in iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Photos → Arc Timeline → and make sure it’s got “Full Access”.
But I’m guessing that’s already correct, given you were seeing photos previously. So in this case it’s more likely to be iOS temporarily blocking photos access, probably by accident.
This actually happened on a friend’s phone just last week, blocking her Insta360 app from accessing the photo library. In the end she rebooted her phone and it came right 
So I’m betting the same will work in this case too.
