I had to reset my iphone at the beginning of the year and since then I’m trying to get the data for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Unfortunately, the import of the data fails each time: during the import, there is a counter that increases to about 12200 then starts to decrease and finally stops on a different value each time.
I don’t understand what’s going on or how to fix the problem.
Since iOS 8.3 it is no longer possible to access documents in an application if it does not allow file sharing. So I can’t drop the files directly in the application.
How can I recover my data? Can you help me?
