I know this uses foursquare as a place list but increasingly I’ve been finding places with inaccurate information
The places exist but it would be very useful to have a site name mapping lookup so that we can edit individual foresquare places if the names come through incorrectly
This needs to be done in Foursquare’s database. You can submit edits via the Foursquare app or Swarm app, which will then be reflected in Arc.
Though given the growing hassles with Foursquare’s decline in quality and service, I’ll be looking at either ways to offload some responsibility from Foursquare or even switch to another service. (Assuming there’s any competitor yet with comparable database coverage. Which is actually seeming more plausible now, given Foursquare’s decline in database quality.)
