The only reason I’m still running Arc Timeline 3 at this point is to have the Current Item widget on my Home Screen. Here’s my vote to add this feature to v4! 
Yep, the current item widget is definitely coming back. I am also holding onto the old app’s widgets, because I like that extra bit of visual context on home and lock screen.
The ticket number is BIG-140, set to high priority, and targeted at the 1.4.0 update (if all goes well). Your voice has been added to the ticket as a new vote now. But yeah, already high priority, so hopefully not too far away!
