I can’t seem to find an answer to this question in the forum: Why has the weather information for visited locations disappeared from Arc Timeline 4, and will it be coming back?
I can chime in here: as far as I know, this is planned for a future update (issue BIG-394).

@siso — the answer above is right (thanks @Palmin 
). The hourly weather from the old app isn’t gone for good — it’s tracked as BIG-394, a re-implementation using Apple WeatherKit. No date to promise yet, but it’s firmly on the list to bring back.
