How to import a GPX file backed up by ARCAPP into ARCAPP?

Arc can’t import GPX files, only export. GPX format contains only very limited information, an isn’t detailed enough to be suitable for importing,

I recommend another great app, Fog of World, which describes the whole world shrouded in fog, every journey in your life is a process of dispelling fog, just like playing a lifetime game.
The Fog of World can‘t record route by time, therefore, I use it accompanied by Arc, one for daily record and export GPX, the other for checking my lifetime defog.
The screenshot is my dispeled fog in Beijing.
