Will the export options that were available in Arc 3, such as “Export timeline as image,” be implemented in Arc Timeline 4 in the future? Without this feature, I’m unable to switch over from Arc 3.
Yes — image export is planned to return. The ticket is BIG-387, filed as High priority for v1.2. Both forms are tracked: “Export timeline as image” (the daily-list-view image you used in Arc 3) and “Export map as image” (the map view).
You’re not the first user to tell us this is what’s keeping them on Arc 3 — that signal is feeding directly into where this sits in the priority order for v1.2.
No firm date yet, but it’s actively in our queue rather than parked in long-term-maybe territory. Worth keeping an eye on the release notes — when it lands it’ll be flagged there.

Just shipped, @lzsibly — daily timeline as image landed in v1.2.0 today, the part you specifically called out as the migration-blocker. Map-as-image is the second part of BIG-387, still queued for a later update.
