I now have 2 Arc apps installed on my iPhone. They both use enormous storage; 4GB one and 7GB the other.
Not clear if I need both. Can I delete one of those? I guess I can delete the one with purple background icon and keep just the one with white background. But will wait for your confirmation to act here.
Hi @avibrazil, you’ve reasoned it out exactly right.
The purple icon is the old Arc Timeline; the white one is Arc Timeline 4 (the current app). So yes — keep the white one, and the purple app is safe to remove.
One thing to confirm before you delete it, just to be safe: open Arc Timeline 4 and check your full history is there — scroll back to your earliest dates and spot-check that the older timeline came across from the import. The two apps keep entirely separate databases (that’s why you’re seeing both take up significant space), so once you’ve confirmed AT4 has everything, removing the old app reclaims its share.
