I have by mistake told Arc, that at my home address there is a shop. So now it sometimes think i am home and sometimes think i am in this shop. The shop don’t exist, but how can I remove it from Arc?

The reason Arc keeps suggesting or auto assigning the shop is that past confirmations train the assignment logic. Once those wrong assignments are corrected, Arc will start correctly identifying your home address again.
To fix the previous incorrect assignments, tap on one of the visits with the store assigned, scroll down to “Place Details” and tap through there. Then tap “Total visits”. That will give you a list of all visits that have been assigned to this place. You can then tap through to each of those and correct them to your Home place.
Once that’s done Arc will know to not recommend or auto assign that place anymore!
